Mutual funds took in $11.05 billion for the week ended June 22, up sharply from the $6.6 billion they netted the previous week, the Investment Company Institute said. The inflows were the highest since the week ended June 17, when long-term mutual funds took in $11.1 billion.

San Bernardino County to use funds to fight homelessness (The Press-Enterprise)

San Bernardino County plans to make about $3 million in federal grant money available for programs aimed at reducing homelessness. The funds will go for rental assistance, utility assistance and motel vouchers to residents who may be at risk of becoming homeless.
